Registration Info

My morning class is full, I can put you on waiting list. There will be a  supply fee due when you register($40 for 2-day, $45 for 3-day) This is non-refundable and required to hold your spot.  Call (801-447-4573) or e-mail me at misslori@readytek.net for a registration form.  Or if you prefer, and are not worried about sending the information via the web, you can register online.   If you chose to register on-line, just mail me the supply fee.  Please indicate your session preference.  Also, if you register online, please call if I have not contacted you within 2 days to make sure I received your registration.  

Registration form - The registration form may not work due to inconsistency with my web hosting service.  If you cannot get the form submit, either try again later or call me.  Sorry for the inconvenience.
